Tristan spent his first year at Avior Wealth Management’s Omaha office studying and passing his Certified Financial Planner exam and gaining valuable experience with an excellent team of planners and advisors. He has enjoyed making an impact on people’s understanding of their retirement plan and is looking forward to helping clients achieve their financial goals with the LifeStage team!
Tristan was born in Dallas, Texas, 3rd of 4 children. He grew up in Edina, MN spent 2 years at Benilde-St. Margaret’s and ended up graduating from high school in New York when a job promotion took his family out east. In 2022, he graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Financial Planning.
Tristan growing up enjoyed watching and playing many different sports. He played basketball, soccer, baseball, and competitive chess into his high school years before discovering his true passion in ultimate frisbee. Tristan was the president for Creighton University’s Ultimate Frisbee team for 2 years and captained them for all 4 of his years. He stays relevant with all the Minnesota sports teams, Creighton basketball, and enjoys talking about any sport. He also loves dogs including his Havanese, Murphy.
Tristan was inspired by his family to enter financial planning. His dad, Ray, was a financial advisor for many years with American Express/Ameriprise. He is now a Senior VP and Executive Consultant at his Consulting firm, Think2Perform. His oldest brother, Ryan is a Financial Analyst at MidAmerican Energy. His 2nd brother Brayden, also a Creighton graduate, is a paraplanner at Octagon Wealth Management. His sister Brigid is a Badger and is studying marketing at the University of Wisconsin.
