Melissa Zabilka, CAP-OM

Melissa joined LifeStage Wealth in April of 2008 as our Client Service Administrator.  She came to us with 8 years of private banking experience.  She approaches her career with a very client-centered mentality and prides herself on creating personal relationships with those around her.

Melissa is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals ® (IAAP), North Star Chapter in Otsego, MN where she currently holds the position of Certification Chair. IAAP is a not-for-profit professional association for office professionals. Their mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development. Through IAAP Melissa has earned two professional certifications, the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) rating and the Organizational Management (OM) specialty.

Melissa was raised in Richfield, Minnesota.  She currently lives in Ramsey, Minnesota with her husband Russell and their two French Bulldogs, Roxxy and Gino. She enjoys a variety of activities in her personal time - supporting local live bands and going to different styles and genres of music concerts, watching movies & TV shows, bowling, scrapbooking, attending theater productions, keeping in touch with family and friends, and just relaxing at home goofing off with the dogs and her husband!
